A DAYIN THE LIFE … Implement the NP Algeria BusinessStrategy in alignment with the NP Maghreb Business strategy and contributeactively to the Regional business results by providing inputs on strategicdirection and milestones Enhance Field force productivity andeffectiveness Strengthen the team through coaching,development and training and ensure a pipeline of talent for the Algerian andeven Maghreb NP Organisation Work with local teams to ensureeffective cooperation, shared services and synergies Establish strong, sustainablerelationships with key customers, regulatory and government bodies as necessary Support with building key customerrelationship for sustainable business growth, conducting JBP. Implementeffective spend strategy, optimizing leads generation process via trade shows,telesales, direct contact, etc.. Identify areas of opportunity andpotential for improvement for the business and optimize the sales and servicestructure in the operations.
