The JForce Marketing Head plays a key role within the JForce team and is the owner of the JForce brand and will be responsible for all marketing actions & communications with agents.

You will be required to build a marketing strategy for the various JForce sales channels (B2B, Stores and B2C), develop the marketing plan on a monthly basis (voucher plan, contest, etc.) and support your team in executing the plan which will deliver high growth of the number of JForce consultants and ensure high level of engagement of consultants and increase the overall sales by delivering on strategic objectives.

The JForce Marketing Head will be responsible for delivering a world-class Agent experience thanks to the deep understanding of the agents (profiling), optimization of the budget and the most innovative marketing & communication campaigns.

The JForce Marketing Head will report into the Head of JForce, and will work closely with the JForce Performance Manager, Jumia Marketing Team (Designers, Social Media Manager) and Commercial Team.

The main challenges are described as below:

Main Responsibilities

  • Build a trusted and prosperous JForce brand (online and offline)
  • Building marketing and communication strategy for Jforce cross channels (online and offline)
  • Owner of marketing and communication plan on monthly basis cross channels to generate sales and increase agents engagement towards the brand
  • Reach sales, recruitment, engagement, activation targets for B2C channel. o Deliver exceptional growth of agents database through optimization of current and innovative recruitment channels o Delivering engagement of agents database through 360° communication channels approach o Deliver strong activation rate of the database
  • Optimize Jforce marketing budget to deliver highest growth
  • Weekly report on performance vs target and action taken during the week.
  • Lead marketing team of 4 to 5 FTEs
  • Propose innovative process, marketing push and communication channels to improve efficiency and performance as a team
