The JForce Marketing Head plays a key role within the JForce team and is the owner of the JForce brand and will be responsible for all marketing actions & communications with agents.
You will be required to build a marketing strategy for the various JForce sales channels (B2B, Stores and B2C), develop the marketing plan on a monthly basis (voucher plan, contest, etc.) and support your team in executing the plan which will deliver high growth of the number of JForce consultants and ensure high level of engagement of consultants and increase the overall sales by delivering on strategic objectives.
The JForce Marketing Head will be responsible for delivering a world-class Agent experience thanks to the deep understanding of the agents (profiling), optimization of the budget and the most innovative marketing & communication campaigns.
The JForce Marketing Head will report into the Head of JForce, and will work closely with the JForce Performance Manager, Jumia Marketing Team (Designers, Social Media Manager) and Commercial Team.
